Population per building is a dasymetric share of the commune total (2017 census island totals shared by weighted footprint area), not a building census. A commune takes the class of its worst receptor.

Likelihood is the share of the 50 StormLab members whose matched scenario exceeds the depth of each severity level: 0.10 m minor, 0.30 m significant, 0.70 m severe. A feature's colour is the worst matrix cell across those three axes, with a 5 percent reporting threshold. The IBFv1.0 hazard flag in the popups is the highest of the four depth products with probability at least 50 percent. Facilities come from OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps: health, education, emergency services, government and community, worship, utilities, transport, markets and banks.
